Brief Description

AzEIP is a federally funded, statewide, interagency system of services provided under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Part C. Services are provided, generally at no cost to the family, to eligible children, birth to three years of age (under 3 yrs. old), and their families, residing in Arizona. A child might be eligible for AzEIP based on a screening, assessment, or evaluation determining that a delay or disability, meeting Arizona's eligibility criteria, exists.

    • Offers support, follow-up, and referrals to other appropriate agencies and professionals.
