Brief Description

The Kentucky Department for Aging and Independent Living (DAIL) oversees the administration of statewide programs and services on behalf of Kentucky's elders and individuals with disabilities.

Services Offered

• Consultation/Technical Program Assistance
• Provides consultation, technical assistance, program assessment, evaluation, monitoring, area plan approval to fifteen Area Agencies on Aging regarding service program development and implementation.


• Information and Referral
• Provides referrals to Area Agencies on Aging and information on other local aging services.
