Services Offered

• Library Services
• Maintains a lending library of materials on Deaf-Blindness including videos, books, and assessments, located at the North Dakota School for the Deaf in Devils Lake. All materials are provided at no cost to North Dakota families, teachers, and service providers of children and youth who are on the Deaf-Blind Census.


• Consultation/Technical Program Assistance
• Technical Assistance is provided by teachers, agency members, school staff, families, and daycare staff throughout the state of North Dakota in the child's home, early intervention agency, daycare, or school. The location is based on the request.
