Brief Description

Discovery Eye Foundation (DEF) is dedicated to finding treatments and cures to sight-threatening eye diseases such as age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, keratoconus, ocular herpes, and retinitis pigmentosa.

DEF also has two education/outreach programs:

• Macular Degeneration Partnership for people affected by AMD
• National Keratoconus Foundation for people affected by KC

Both programs offer exclusive content on their websites and in printed publications, support groups and toll-free assistance that connects you to an eye care professional for personalized attention.
