Time to Be Bold:  offers a state directory of services and links older people with vision loss looking for services to the APH ConnectCenter.

Well Connected—a virtual community through Front Porch that offers phone and outline activities that build community through group conversations, games, and education. Another program offered is Social Call which connects older people and volunteers for one on one conversations, by phone or video.
