Brief Description

Learning Ally (formerly Recording for the Blind & Dyslexic), a nonprofit volunteer organization, is an educational library that serves people who cannot effectively read standard print because of visual impairment, dyslexia, or other physical disability. Our mission is to create opportunities for individual success by providing, and promoting the effective use of, accessible educational materials.

Services Offered

  • Braille/Electronic/Audio/Large Print Production
    • All textbooks, literature, novels and young children's reading material is available via download. Learning Ally also has an app: Learning Ally Link, that allows a superior playback experience as well as access to your library.

  • Library Services
    • Learning Ally has more than 80,000 titles in its C.V. Starr Learning Through Listening Library.
