Brief Description

The American Council of the Blind of Nebraska is a statewide blindness consumer organization concerned about the dignity and well-being of all blind Nebraska citizens. By adhering to our motto "People First - Causes Second," we seek to promote and foster the social, political and economic betterment of all blind and visually impaired Nebraska residents.
